NovaNotes

Now available, NovaNotes, a custom printed sticky note with an adhesive strip along the top of the note to be used inside or outside your mailing.

These NovaNotes can be machine applied, custom printed or custom inkjet printed and are USPS Approved RPN Products. This classification, very specific as defined by the DMM under G994, allows mailers to affix flag patterned 3'' x 3'' notes to the outside envelope or paper cover of their mail pieces, calling added attention to a product or service.  In addition to the traditional uncoated white and yellow notes, we offer high impact graphics with our High Gloss USPS approved constructions.  Call for quote and samples.

20'', 8 color press

Installed in May 2004, the new state of the art Mark Andy 4150 is designed to help develop new markets and handle more demanding jobs, the  4150 provides the versatility and reliability one expects. 

The 4150 is built to provide a superior foundation for quality printing and converting on a broad range of materials.  A full range of options allows us to provide foil stamping, UV overprint, and back printing. 

The press provides 20'' of web to print up to 8 colors and a print repeat of 24''.  Labels are provided finished in rolls, continuous form, or cut sheet.

Embossing

Raise you level of appeal with embossing.  Our unique process allows you to elegantly design your label with color and incorporate embossing wherever needed, directly on the printed image!  Embossing works on white and foil stocks. 

Unwind Chart for Auto Affixing

The unwind illustrations below will help you determine which way the label is to dispense if automatically affixed via Label-aire machine or tabber.  At time of order, we will confirm the unwind with your mailshop to help maximize your mail production.

Digital

Digital provides 4-color process printing with outstanding clarity and vibrancy. But unlike traditional printing, digital is a "direct to press" process. That means that printing plates are not required and set up time is minimal. The result is high quality, short run (500-5,000 or 50,000 with 50 copy changes) printing is available and also affordable.
