These NovaNotes can be machine applied, custom printed or custom inkjet printed and are USPS Approved RPN Products. This classification, very specific as defined by the DMM under G994, allows mailers to affix flag patterned 3'' x 3'' notes to the outside envelope or paper cover of their mail pieces, calling added attention to a product or service.
